A completely unaccebtable attitude from the top to the bottom of this company. What do you expect as the attitude obviously filters down from the top.
The attitude is indicative of a company that doesn't respond to all the complaints levelled against them. All iBurst users should take a little time and trouble to find another supplier of the service they profess to provide. The service level is non existant to say the least and even a personal letter to the CEO is completely ignored. If only all their customers would withdraw their support and teach them that the customer rules and not the arrogant supplier.
